Henk Vander Waal
Henk grew up mastering premium craft cultivation through his family’s agricultural roots, refining his skills with top cultivators in British Columbia. After 15 years in greenhouse management, he moved into custom soil blending, designing growing mediums for various crops, including cannabis.
Using a science-driven approach, Henk has worked with industry and legacy growers to enhance quality and yields while navigating regulations. At Craft Nurseries Canada, he built a premium genetic library now used at Newline Ventures, where he oversees operations.
